Background
Hi, my name is Matas Ramanauskas. I'm from Lithuania, and I hold both a BSc and MSc in Finance.
My career started in Big4 advisory (valuations, financial due diligence, and M&A). From there I moved into the startup world, working at two early-stage companies before joining a Venture Capital fund where I managed 32 deals totalling €30M.
After VC, I worked in startup consulting and early-stage startup acceleration, helping founders across multiple programs sharpen their pitch, strategy, and financials before going to market.
Having seen the investment process from both sides, I realized the part I enjoyed most was working with and helping founders. So I switched sides.
Today, through Rama Labs, I've worked with 100+ startups on fundraising strategy, pitch decks & pitching, financial models, investor outreach, valuations & cap tables, term sheets & investment agreements, market analysis, data rooms, and investor reporting.
